They show a different brand name don't say Spyder anywhere, and don't tell anything about warranty.
Our lights is a genuine Spyder product that is covered by 1 year warranty, so you can be sure in the quality. Additionally we stand behind our products, and in case you have any troubles installation or usage our tech support will be always ready to give you a hand.
It's up to you to decide, but if this all matters to you, we would be more than glad to provide you with a discount that was offered by our sales rep!

I installed these. Did a oem halogen to hid conversion in the process. The output is much better, I still need to adjust them though which seems like it will be a bitch to get to the adjustment point

Sounds great, you can adjust the beam with a help of adjustments screws on the back of the headlight. It will take some time to aim them properly, but I am sure the end result will satisfy you.

Are you using an aftermarket HID conversion kit or F150 OE HIDs?

Ya they have the 8mm adjustment screws, I'd prefer to adjust them when they're mounted but I doubt I'll be able to get my hands in there, hopefully the wires are long enough. I'm running the halogen to hid conversion kit from the retro fit source, oem ballasts supplied by billnvic with morimoto HIDs and morimoto LEDs replaced the stock fogs.

So unfortunately I won't be able to adjust them this weekend, the gf is at the farm and locked the shop when she left. I have this pic which shows the lights as they currently sit, obviously needing adjustment still as they are very low. However the output is much better than stock halogen.

Looks great so far. Can you take some pix of the headlights in the truck?

I bought a set of the halogen with black housing last week. Delivery is expected to be tomorrow. It took some days of searching to find these with black housing for halogen models but I finally found two companies, Car ID being one of them. I ordered them before I saw this thread and from the other company as the other company had an option to add drl fog lights to my purchase for $13. The other company also had a price of $10 more for the headlights than carid, but again I purchased from the other company for the added drl fog lights. I kind of wish I had saw this thread before I ordered because I probably would have ordered from Carid. Oh well, what's done is done. Hopefully the set I ordered is truly a Spyder brand and all will be good. I will be ordering an hid conversion kit later. Can't wait to put them on!
