carid - Hey Michael, do they have these lights available with an HID kit for trucks that come from the factory with normal halogen headlights? I have a '13 F-150 STX.

Unfortunately we do not sell HID kits, however it is absolutely possible to get an aftermarket HID kit for these headlights.

For F150 with normal halogen headlights, you would need to get a set of Spyder headlights designed for the models with stock halogen lights. It will arrive with H7 High/low halogen bulbs (The headlights have a little different projector set up so they don't use factory H13 size).
Next you would need to get an aftermarket HID conversion kit with the same size H7 High/low bulbs so they could fit into the new Spyder headlights.
Than take out the H7 halogen bulbs from the headlight unit and insert new H7 HID bulbs.
That's it - you have have stylish Spyder LED bar DRL headlights with diamond HID high/low beams.

Anyone buy these and have a picture of them on your truck. Also I'm still a little confused? These will be a direct replacement for my stock halogens with no other conversions? Will they look different with halogens if you don't have the protectors?

Yes this Spyder headlight is a direct replacement for your stock halogen headlights. No conversion is needed (new headlight comes with a projector lens and new H7 halogen bulbs). A conversion would only be needed if you wanted to upgrade them to HID.

There are actually 2 headlight models that look absolutely identical from the outside, but have different guts.

444-FF15009-LBDRL-BK for models with halogen lights (it is a complete replacement headlight with H7 halogen bulbs).
and
444-FF15013-LBDRL-HID-BK for models with stock HID headlights (It is a replacement headlight housing with a lens, blinker and DRL bars, but it comes without High/low xenon bulbs, so you could reuse your stock HID bulbs).
Let me show you how it is arranged on our website to make it straight.
Since the headlights look absolutely the same we store them on one page:
http://www.carid.com/2014-ford-f-150...-35747203.html

But in "Select product options" you can choose your configuration (A model with halogen headlights or a model with stock HID) and the website will give you the right headlight!

Would love to see pics of these lights on your truck once you get them fx4mikeo.
Want to see if they will have similar light output as the OEM HID Projectors.
