I'd offer more but the fact they are dipped scares me a little. I've had bad experiences with cleaning up dipped wheels.

WD40 disolves plastidip. Just spray the wheels down, let em soak for 20 minutes and hit em with a pressure washer. Won't hurt the finish of the wheels at all.

It'll also peel right off. But I haven't heard from him since he posted that, so they're still black.
