what was the ride quality like and what size tires did you run?

It rode better than it did with the factory setup. The adjustability on the shocks is great! I never put anything on it for tires other than the factory fx4 20's with the 275/55r20 tires. I think that I the factory size on those tires. I was going to go with 33x12.5 but waited and never did it because I went with the BDS lift.

Do those front shocks come with springs on them or are you keeping them?

They come as shown in the pictures with out springs. I had to reuse the factory springs with the lift.
