According to the Rough Country Website there are two different part numbers for 04-08 models and 09-13 models. 04-08 has a SKU: 576.20 and 09-13 has a SKU: 598S

Shy of calling RC to confirm it I'd assume this one wont work for your 04.

Appreciate it. I'm going to call a few places tomorrow. To my knowledge, the only difference in front suspension between the two are the lower A arms. Older model is aluminum and newer model is stamped steel.

The kit is designed for an 09-13 f150 4wd. I have no idea if it will work on and other models. I doubt it will since they have different kits for non 4wd models and earlier year trucks. I don't have any pics of the scratches. If someone is really serious about buying I could get some. All parts are still in original boxes as I got them from rough country.
