Default Roadmaster Active Suspension 3611-Y

I put these on my 2011 SCREW last October. Ended up buying a F250 in March so these are now up for sale. They are in great shape. $250.

First picture is the obligatory photo with name and date. Second is a better one I took when I removed them from my F150 in March.

Hey buddy, I'm looking to either bag my 2014 f150 4x4 stx, or the RAS, I have read both blogs on each perspective application, and don't really know which one is better. I tow a new 28 ft Dutchman camper a couple times a month, so I'm thinking I need to help keep my truck in great shape, I need to get one or the other. Obviously, you have/had used the RAS in the past, so if you don't mind, give me your honest opinion bag vs. RAS
thanks,
Rodney

I don't have any experience with bags so I can't comment on them. As for the RAS, I have a travel trailer with a tongue weight of about 1,000 lbs. While the RAS did make it possible to tow the trailer, it was still on the very edge of its capability. I think with a lower tongue weight, the RAS would be great. I can tell you the RAS did make the truck much more capable for hauling. Without the RAS, I could load a 4-wheeler and the truck squatted quite a bit. WIth the RAS, the truck maintained a fairly level stance when loaded. The RAS does raise the back end of the truck about an inch or so. If you want to discuss in more detail, PM me your number and I'll give you a call.
