I'm very sorry I haven't replied, LIFE. Shipping on the liners would be about $30 because of their size.

I can confirm the bed extender works with a drop in liner. That's my setup - just need to drill through liner to existing bed holes: 3 on each side. Should get the hole inserts with the bed extender along with the hardware to bolt extender to bed.
