Texas: A.R.E Z series shell for sale

Whats going on everyone,
I'm selling my A.R.E. Z series camper shell. I bought it back in the fall of 2011 when I was stationed in Missouri. Its been bolted to my truck from day one, never removed.
It has the flip down window, battery powered LED light, Thule rail system with cross bars. Its in Oxford white. The weather stripping can be replaced on the back window, it leaks a little when it rains hard.
There is some minor wear and tear from moving things but nothing other than cosmetic.
I paid if I remember correctly about $2400.00
I would like to get $1400 OBO for it.
I also have a Thule cargo basket that I had on top that will be for sale also.
Located in central Texas (Fort Hood)

How far are you willing to drive for a meet up somewhere in the middle. I'm in Alabama every now and then and could just drive from there.

I want to get rid of it and use the money for a different cover and I have it priced pretty low so I also don't want to lose money on the sale.
