Includes the 4 mounting screws to bolt to your dash mount kit, (NOT included).
Note: You MUST have a dash kit for this to bolt to.
This fits Note 2 perfectly Without a case
This fits Note 3 very good without a case, and fits snug with a thin case.
This fits Note 4 slightly loose without a case, and fits snug with a thin case.

Additional pics & examples Of a "thin type" case.
This will not work if you have a thick type case (Otterbox, Lifeproof, etc.)
ProClip does have a different part number for the Note 4, but as you can see, it will still work.
Again, this is Brand new & never used...I just ended up with a different phone.
