Default OEM HID's Chrome

I have a set of HID's Chrome. They are housings only, no bulbs or ballasts. Asking 500.00 shipped.

Any idea how much the bulbs and ballasts might run? Any damage to the housings?

These are the cleared ones, right? Nice looking set. Someone could do a fantastic retro with these.
