OEM 4x4 lift blocks

My friend has a 2wd XLT crew cab and would like to lift the rear of his truck a little bit.

Does anyone have the OEM lift blocks sitting around?

Does anyone know if he would need longer u-bolts?

I have a set of blocks and ubolts. I will only charge for shipping. The blocks are just taking up space in my garage.
