Any competent dealer should be able to program the as-built data to your cluster. You may try calling a few local dealerships and asking them what they would charge to do so. It's really only a 10-15 min job so hopefully you can get away with a 1/2 hour labor charge or something like that.

I may not have been very clear, you don't need a NEW cluster for this to work. I was just saying if you ordered a new one from Ford I believe a dealer can program the miles on it's initial startup. Otherwise, I don't think any dealers can program mileage to a cluster that has been used. It can be done but not easily and not without sending the cluster out to whoever Ford contracts for this service.

If you have any other questions on it, feel free to shoot me a PM. My '14 XLT had the basic cluster and I swapped in the 'better' one and am very happy that I did so. If you plan to keep the truck for a while it's a good upgrade IMO.
This is what I was going to do. Swap the cluster and the steering wheel button close to the time I met the donor clusters mileage. From the sounds of the cluster I am getting, it matches the same options as I have in the truck. VIN is not part of the cluster itself correct? Just the data/settings/mileage.

Wish yours would work for me. I'm already over your mile marker and want it to be exact.
