Livernois, thank you very much for clearing things up on this tuner. When I had bought it around a year or so ago, I had checked and the cost to transfer the unit to another truck was much less.
I was actually selling the unit because I assumed it would not work with the 2017 F150 due to the label on the tuner. I am buying a new truck, so I might as well keep it to use on it when the time comes. Is there any difference between the new tuners vs the one I have? If it is identical to what I would be buying for the 2017 F150, I think I am going to hold onto it.
