Don't let the size hold you back. LOTS of folks run blowers with stock manifolds, these will flow far better than the factory manifolds. Running stock internals you won't run into a restriction issue.

what's the benefit installing these on a stock 12 fx4

you will gain more hp & tq to the wheels. your low end tq will be awesome. plus, it will make your truck sound really clean and crisp.. however, with any long tube header's, you will need a custom tune. your truck will be a beast thats for sure.
