Nope.. unfortunately not Rob. Ours is metal, this one is plastic. You would need all of the proper hardware and brackets to make it work.

I currently purchased a HD bumper and will be doing the install soon on my XLT. I only bought the bumper cover, the grille for it and 3 brackets. I am not 100% if that is all I need but it appears "Hotcat" [forum member] did the swap with only these parts on an XL. I also looked at Jbarron's.
