Set of door handle covers, 4 total but one of the rear covers doesn't seem to be the same as the other three. Thought someone could use these, your driver and passenger fronts would both need a key hole. Unsure if the extended cab SCAB has this set up or not but I don't think all SCREW's have this (mine has no key hole on passenger side. These can be used as is, PTM, or vinyl wrapped.

Is it possible that one of them is for the tailgate?
No sir, the tailgate cup is is more narrow in height from top to bottom. I wonder if something changed from '09 to ''14 as far as the shape of the handle cups, and the distributor mixed in one of those year's handles.
