Here are the part numbers from the boards themselves:
BL3J 16450 EA5SM3
BL3J 16451 EA5SM3

They appear to be about 88 1/2" from the absolute furthest point end to end. According to what I have been able to cross reference, they will work on 2004-up F150. These came off of my super crew (4 full doors). I will PM you the shipping information.

Wish you were closer. Any idea what shipping would be for the tires/wheels to 97333 in Oregon? Just up I-5 a ways...

Before I add a reply with the stock intercooler, is there anyone that needs and/or wants one from a 2013? I removed mine yesterday with 690 miles on it. Let me know and I will post pictures of it and the piping as well.

Alright, so I have no edit button for this post so I will update here.
As of 12 December 2013:

Running boards are still available
Front coils
Front knuckles
Front skid plate/tray
Stock intercooler/piping
