All, I just received my Cal-Trend Neosupreme seat covers (Wet Okley knockoff) and due to mods had to order for FX4 when I have an STX.
The kit came with all the stuff I needed for my truck and also with 2 smaller head rest covers for the rear seat.
I assume these are for the newer years that added the 3rd headrest on the backseat.
I have no use for them, they are free to anyone who wants them just shoot me a PM with Address. Lower 48 only.

They attach using Velcro.
