Hey guys. Yeah, i am out for about a week. Just got hemorrhoid surgery yesterday, so needless to say, the recovery part of it sucks. Lol. My assistant that you talked to at the dealership can handle your order just fine. I have trained her myself, and anything she has a question about, she calls me before proceeding.

When I called, I had to ask her 3 times if you were alright & She didn't want to say, but kudos to her, for keeping things private. She finally just said that you had some surgery & needed time to recover.
I'll wait until you get back as I need a few things including the remote start for my son's truck that we talked about... no biggie.

I called today and was told he was out because he was having surgery. I was told that Shaneatha helped him and knew what I needed, so I ordered from her and she seemed to know what was going on.

Yes, I called around 1:30pm, was told beau was out due to medical issues and was sent to his "***-istant"(LOL). She was very capable and has my order on the way with tracking number a few hours later. I made sure to tell her exactly what I had and what I wanted and seems well. Will let you all know when it gets here Monday(according to UPS tracking). So far, so good

Forgot to follow up on my order and experience. I just ordered through Beau's ebay page, I installed it in my 14 supercrew with sony nav. For the price and size of this sub I'm extremely satisfied, it really surprised me. Can't go wrong with Beau either great customer service!

I have the2013 with the sony nav. Was it an easy install? I have some car audio experience, but I am mot too skilled in the harder stuff. I was wondering because some say it is plug and play, and some are saying you need to do some wiring. I am going to just use the 4 door speakers, and replace the existing sony sub with the kicker one.

I can't wait for mine to come in UPS says it's coming in today! I have a 2012 supercab with the basic sync radio so I hope everything goes right together without wiring but I will post my experience with pictures if yall need them
