North Central: Bora 1.5 Wheel adapter group buy
#12
That's why with the fx4 stocks, 1.25 to 1.5 is the preferable size. 1.5 being just right with no trimming required.

Ok guys, I just spoke with Motorsport Tech and have verified that this group buy can consist of any size adapters. Lenny is a super nice guy and is willing to help us in anyway he can.
As for the Canadian buyers, the 25% discount still applies (please convert US dollars to Cad), shipping to Canada is $45 US flat rate via US Postal service. He's not making any money on the shipping, it just the flat rate the postal service charges. him.
Please keep in mind that for FX4 stock rim users, the best size is 1.5.
1.25 will clear the studs, but I'm not 100% if there is little to no cutting needed to the studs in order for them to fit. I've heard no alteration is needed with the 1.25 because there is enough room behind the wheel for the studs to go in, but don't quote me on it.
This information has been added to the first thread to reflect this discussion. Thank you!

The 1.75 will clear the studs for sure. Not really a con by going wider, but your tires will really be sticking out.
Possible rubbing with bigger tires.
You may want to consider Bushwackers fender flares in order to keep the road debris off of your truck and to balance the look of the truck.
Keep in mind with a wider stance your turning radius will change slightly, not by much, but slightly noticeable.
My suggestion, grab a long straight stick/piece of wood and center it on the fender wheel well to the floor. Then use a measuring tape and measure from the center of the wheel outwards to the stick. Measure to the desired size i.e. 1.75, 1.5, 1.25 etc. This will give you an idea of how far your wheels will stick out.
