The grille will fit any F150 2009-2014.

The grille might fit but 13-14 surrounds are different than any other year model and are not interchangeable with the grille body.

Thats true, the whole grille with surround will fit any 09-14. If you are just trying to swap out the inside of the grille into your surround, you may have issues. But I am selling the whole setup so it will fit any 2009-2014.
