Default OEM rear molded splash guards

I have a set of brand new, never unpackaged rear only molded splash guards for trucks WITH factory fender flares. I ordered them from the dealership around July of this year because I couldn't find my original ones but wanted to put them back on. then I found mine so these never got used. however I noticed that these ones have the Ford oval stamped on them but the OEM ones on my 2010 do not. so I'm not sure when it changed. you can go order the matching front set from the dealership or probably find them on eBay.

asking $35 shipped.

Will this work on 2012 super crew with chrome running boards. Will they require drilling any new holes?

As long as you have fender flares, yes. running boards won't affect anything. But again, this is the rear set only. And yes, they do require drilling 4 holes (I believe 5/16") into the flares.
