Unfortunately no it will not. The mass air flow sensor is different. To my knowledge the 12-14 is the same though.

Combined with a tuner I did see some improvements. I also had a level and 35's so I wasn't completely concerned with gas mileage at the time. Stock wheels and tires you will see better gas mileage though.
