Default 5.0L CAI & exhaust

I've decided I want more burbly V8 noises from my truck.

Anyone have a CAI (yes, I know the stock airbox is a CAI, let me get my cone filter on in peace) or catback exhaust for the 5.0?

Not sure if it matters for the sake of the exhaust, but I've got a crew cab/short bed combo.

Please PM with price shipped to 22304.

Thanks!

I don't remember exactly how much I paid. It was about $600 if I remember correctly.

I couldn't agree more! I have the K&N CAI and it rocks. Sounds and performs awesome.

I have a JLT CAI I'll sell. Full disclosure I'm unhappy with it. I've experienced drone and loss of low end power. Also, this CAI requires a tune. The fit and finish is great and installation was simple.

Thanks, I'll pass on this one though as I plan on getting a tune from my local Ford guy and their website implies you need the JLT tune.

Wow! I'm sorry to hear that. With mine, the only time I hear it is when I accelerate. Normal driving or in cruise, normal. I do have an EDGE CST2. Maybe that's the difference?

I'm not sure. 5 star has been very helpful on there end trying to fine tune it with multiple data logs. Still just bogs out in the low rom range bad. I have Livewire ts

I've got an Airaid dry filter intake for sale. Never even opened the box. $320 shipped. My loss is your gain.
