Sill plate for Super Crew

For sale set of four sill plates for 09-14 F-150 Super Crew. Brand new never used black anodized with red F-150 lettering when lit up. Bought new from from sultagris but never installed. $100.00

how do these get mounted?
And are they already wired to be lit up?

Two way tape and they are wired to be lit up.
