The grille that you have is referred to as a "C clamp" style due to the 2 center bars surround by a C shaped design on the left and then a backwards C shaped design on the right. If you can, take a closer look and see if that area can be removed please. If so I will remove the broken piece and replace it. If you can also post an upclose picture of the underside of the grille that would be a great help.

is it oxford white? or metallic tri coat white?

All of it is a solid insert, I wonder how difficult it would be to just putty/blend it with black paint. Might not be noticeable if done right.

I'm pretty sure this is oxford.
