Default 09-14 2in Leveling Kit Solid Billet

I have a billet aluminum leveling kit off my 2012 Ford F150 for sale. Will fit 2009-2014 F150s and probably more. I only had it on my truck for 4 months before I lifted my truck. This kit will raise the front of your Ford F150 about 2in. $50 with free shipping

What other hardware apart from basic installation tools will be needed to install these?

I had my local Big O install them and it took them less than an hour. I would imagine you could look up how to install these on you tube. The spacer goes on top of the coil spring so dropping the lower control arm then disconnecting the coil spring shock and installing it right on top would do it.

I know this is really old, but do you still have these? And what year did they come off of?

The original post says 2012 and I highly doubt OP still has these. You could always PM OP to find out though.
