Will This will work for side mirror defrost ?? I swapped my stx mirrors for defrosted ones need the controller to turn em on.if so I'll take it

It does have side mirror defrost but I believe the harness is different in the STX to fit in the back of this one. I only say that since I used to have an STX and bought this and the connectors were different in the back so I couldn't use it

What year was the STX you tried to use it in? I know other STX owners have had success in installing this.
