Considering the condition & low mileage, I consider it fair. In my opinion, the mods could slim the market that the truck appeals to. I still think it's a good price. Good luck!

I think you are asking a fair price. The aftermrket items most likley will not add any value, except for the bed liner. and DVD player . Sucks, but it's reality. If you had a 6.5 ft bed, i would be tempted. GLWS.
