Default When a Sale or Trade is Completed

Please notify one of the Moderators when you complete your Sale or Trade, so the thread may be closed.
OR
Post a reply in your ad that states "SOLD".

This helps keep the sales section clear from clutter and revival of threads no longer active.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Default Sold

I've posted a message tell everybody that the item is sold, and you can delete the post. Thank you.

May I suggest that the seller edit the original post, adding *** SOLD *** as the first line? This then shows up instantly in the pop-up preview that the item is no longer available so those interested in purchasing won't waste time scrolling through the thread only to find the item sold, but people may still view the thread for information if desired for information such as prices, details, and photos.

Andy

I suggest deleting or at least archiving all posts marked as "SOLD" to avoid all the clutter in the sales forum. Another option would be to allow edits of the title or a buttom to click that marks the title as SOLD. It is extremely frustrating searching the forum and having to read each post to find out if the OP marked it as sold in the last post.
