Tire size for stock 18" wheels??
Ive decided to put a leveling kit on my 05 f150 Screw and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the biggest tire i can go without any rubbing. I like aggressive tread and was thinking about the Toyo open country m/t or Nitto trail grappler. I was wondering the main difference between a 295/70R18 and a 285/75R18. Any Ideas???? Thanks guys

I also have a leveling kit on my 04 Fx4 with stock rims. I went with the 285/65/18 Nitto Trail Grappler. It gave my truck an all new look. The 285/65/18 measures 32.8" tall and 11.9" wide, and the 295/70/18 measures 34.5" tall and 11.7" wide according to the Nitto web site. I only wanted to go with a 33" because I pull trailors time to time and wanted to keep some gas mileage. Its just your preference on how big you want and what your going to be doing with the truck.

I think they are awesome! They have been great for me on road and off road. I really don't think they are all the loud on the highway for being as aggressive as they are. They worked great in the snow and in the mud when I get phone calls to go pull my buddys out of mud holes. All and all I think they are a good tire just wish they would last me as long as an all terrain but being a mud tire I'm sure that aint gunna happen.
