What will I need to fit the tow hooks on a 14 xlt 2wd. I don't see the tow hook hols in the lower part of the bumper.

The frame rails are ready to go - you just need to cut the holes or purchase a new valance.

Yes, all you need to do is cut the valance. The frame rails are all the same.

Yes, they are take offs from the junk yard. I put a couple of coats of Rustoleum on them and they look pretty good.

No, sorry. I don't think it would make a difference - there is factory coating (I think it is paint) that would have to be removed anyway. If that is the case then the little bit of spray paint that I added won't make any difference.
