Well yes and no lol

Still going to have to run some wires behind HU and power from engine bay. When I think plug and play I think empty plug under carpet by sub spot and a connexion that's not behind dash.

Not that it's hard to run just figured I'd give a little more info!

will they work with the Kenwood that retains sync, the Advent, or the 4DTech navigation HUs?

It's a ford Oem part so it has a warranty at any ford dealer. Shipping is free in the continental U.S.
