It's off my 2002 F150 short bed. It will fit the 97-03 models with a short bed
The box is long (just over 75") So shipping will cost a few bucks. I can get you a shipping cost but please be serious about wanting it so I don't make to many trips doing so. To give you an idea on shipping cot it was about $50 to ship it to Wisconsin from Virginia.

The cover is in good shape but is a little dirty (not bad). Lund has a lifetime warranty on this model. I have had to have two of the plastic corners replaced They are new in the box with it. I spoke with Lund about getting them replaced and they didn't ask questions I had the new parts in 3 or 4 days. So if there would ever be a future warranty claim I don't think you would have an issue with it.

when you say dirty, is it discolored or can it be cleaned

Top is good no stains or anything it just needs wiped off. It's just been store a while. The underside of it is dirty from use and probably won't clean up much but it isn't ever seen when on anyway.
