I one of these out of my 2010 F150 Truck. The dealer told me this will fit the years 2004-Present. It is brand new and never used. I do not smoke and will never use it. Would just like someone to cover the shipping. I live in Texas and think maybe $10 would cover any shipping as long as its not going to Alaska or Hawaii. Please email me if you have any questions. The picture shows two I just wanted to post one pic with it opened and closed. I borrowed one from my friend. I have Pay Pal and that would probably be the best way to send payment.
