Default Bypass question

Do you have to get the bypass thru Ford or can you use any bypass? And exactly how much of a pain is the install? I know my way around vehicles pretty well but im just checking. What are some of the features of the remote starter itself?

it will do heated seats and folding mirrors on 04 to 08 memory seats and you can still use your factory remote and key pad and more outputs for headlights and window module
looks like a good deal to me

What kind of bypass are you talking about and if I didn't get it thru Ford where would I get it? Cost of the bypass?
