I have a 1981 F-150 for sale. It has 91K on the odometer. The engine is a 351M Long Block purchased from NAPA and has around 10k miles on it. Edelbrock Performer Intake, Holley 600cfm manual choke, MSD Ignition and Coil. New Plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor. The A/C was converted to R-134 this fall. Truck has a C-6 transmission (no problems) and a 9 inch rear end (some slack in spider gears, no grinding or howling). Dual exhaust from manifolds back using Flowmaster Mufflers that turn down in front of rear axle. Factory dual 19 gallon fuel tanks and the switch and gauge work on both of them. Sliding rear window.Spare is mounted under rear of truck OEM. The truck is black on black. It has some rust in the lower cab corners and over rear fender wells. Everything works except the cruise control. It has Centerline Hellcat 9.75 inch wheels on it. They are not cracked or damaged. They are drilled for multi-fit applications. Tires are 275/60/R15 with 25%-35% tread left. In the last twelve months the truck has had a new battery installed, (4) new Rancho RS5000 shocks, new fuel lines and filters, fuel tanks removed and cleaned, front radius arm bushings replaced and tie rod end replaced, and front end aligned. There have been several minor things repaired or replaced in the recent past. Brakes are good, rebuilt caliper on RF. Park brake works. Interior is fair, seat needs some work and headliner is loose in some places. Door locks and windows work with no problems. Window weatherstripping is bad, lets wind noise in. This is a very reliable and dependable truck. I drive it on frequent 200 mile trips with no concerns of a breakdown. The truck uses no oil and doesn't leak and puddle on the ground. The truck also comes with 4 OEM wheels, tires, and hubcaps. No radio, has the wiring for aftermarket amp. OEM speakers in doors and dash has been modified for aftermarket sound system.
