Real stand up guy, I had a issue getting the perimeter alarm to work and he walked me through it over the phone. He also had me move the module because I put it in the wrong spot. That made a huge difference.

I just got my perimeter alarm delivered.

I don't think we were on the same page. While I wanted the perimeter alarm, I also wanted to solve my problem with my truck not starting from inside my house. Through reading this thread multiple times I was under the impression I would be getting a stronger remote with it. I already have remote start on my platinum pick up and was told I did not have to get a local dealer to make any settings.

Can you tell me what my options are?

Don't get me wrong, I am not on here to bash them. They were very nice to work with over the phone and and very fast service. I just need to clear up my issue is all. I wanted the perimeter alarm anyway, but also the ability to start my truck from inside my house (now I have to walk to the front door and watch to make sure it cranks). Maybe the whole issue was my mistake and I should of ask more questions. No biggie, I am sure we will get it worked out.

Positioning affects reception and I believe there is an antenna kit if necessary.
