Powder Springs is in west Cobb county, west of Marietta square before you get to Dallas, GA.

Ellijay is in the north GA. mountains, past Jasper but before Blue Ridge on 575 / 515.

jayandsam09 Thanks. We love Atlanta. We are in Alpharetta. My sister is in Decatur and my niece is in Midtown. We wanted to move to Midtown, but I have a 3 and 4 year olds so Alpharetta was our choice for the schools.

seannh Thanks for your response. I think Norcross is not too far from me either. In my riding around to get familiar with the area and where stuff is located, I saw signs for Norcross. Where in Atlanta are you?
