Yes it's white plasti dip. It sprayed chunky today but flattened out some. It isn't smooth like it woud like and when I went to remove the masking tape it started to pull of a little. It looks ok but eventually I want go get them panted by a body shop for a more long lasting look. I've tried Plasti dip on my badges before and it didn't work out. I think I'm officially done with plasti dip. Haven't had good relatioanhip with it. Lol

And I put 4 layers of clear coat over the entire mirror. The clear coat helped alot

You can't pull the mirror cap off. It's all one piece. What I did was remove the mirror and that exposes 4 bolts that holds the back on the mirror on. Once I got the back off I masked off what I didn't want painted.
