Plus flashy lights are great for presence and showing off but I'm sure they get old, FAST.

I probably give them a pass IF I ever retrofit. I do want to, but that shizz is expensive... One thing I want to do is get a long COB amber LED and put it behind the orange reflector in the headlight. I know it would give it a real, nice smooth look. I would go strip LED, but it would be too spotty for me.

Nevertheless, seeing the size of COB LEDs, it would be a somewhat difficult task to fit it in there, let alone and LED that would be the right length...

The biggest thing here is if the LED rings were to ever eventually malfunction (which they will, it's more or less when and not if) then I'd have to send them back off to either be repaired or to remove the rings all together.... I don't personally pull headlights apart or reseal them so I feel more comfortable with just a projector inside since it simply focuses the beam and nothing more.... at this point if anything messes up it's more than likely within my HID kit that I can actually access and fix myself.

Its what I have heard... Even TRS says that Halos can easily fail. As it may be nice, its a huge headache to get it fixed, or rather removed. Better off not doing it at all!

CL is about the extent for me. By the by, anyone interested in an SCT tuner? Its a 3015 with a custom tune. It is married unfortunately, so I'll let it go for $75 knowing it needs to be unmarried.

Controlling the drug business is my main game...doing decals is my side business. That's where most of my truck mods come from.
