Saw those too, I just know that the heat from those tends to just go up, not out.

We've been looking at getting one for my parent's house but he's looking at the $250+ really nice ones. He walked into the store and said "I like that one, how much?" sales guy says "only $650". I think my dad and I almost had a heart attack....

I'll be in Charlotte all day tomorrow and Friday at a Citrix boot camp. Then down to Paine College Monday. I should probably hang around the house this weekend.

If we get space for the bonfire then fantastic, we'll need those pallets. Welcome to the Forum, and to the South Carolina thread. Obviously you're invited to any and all activities discussed here.

Glad you got you're dealer financing issue resolved. Was that at Fairway?

Citrix boot camp? You must be in IT cause I know about Citrix apps. I had an interview with Citrix bout 2 months ago for a Network Engineer job.
You work for them? Or getting a cert?

Never been a big fan of Fairway. Too many fat old guys sitting on golf carts not doing anything.... The service department on the other hand, nice bunch of people. Hope you have better luck on that side!

Yeah it's a two day boot camp for their VDI stuff. I don't think it's for a cert. We are partners and we got the class for free. I manage the Support Center for Encore Technology Group. I used to be in the field doing switch/route and VoIP until they found out I do the windows stuff as well. I've been with them for a little over 7 years now. I've been paid for being in IT since 92. I finally decided that I needed to get into management a couple of months ago. I handle 5 people in my group. Two each for infrastructure and two for NOS and one more for the hosted voice. I'm probably getting some more people in the next few weeks to months.

Ok let's start an actual list. If we planned to meet up at Caeser's Head on Saturday at say 2:00 PM, have a BBQ, take some pics, chill, drink some beers (those over 21, not me) then either we all part ways or we go to someone's place for a small bonfire, who would come? We can split costs for food and the we would use the clubhouse at our property up there. I would love to do this, but we need to actually make some solid plans. Either we decide on it before 2PM tomorrow or it doesn't happen.

My Fiancee made plans for us to go watch the Carolina game tomorrow night at some of our friends place, but I could do up until then... maybe we could do a lunch thing?
