My wife's family stay north of Cameron.There are quite a bit of housing for sale and rent along HWY 87 from Spring Lake to Sanford(I have several friends in military that stay along 87 in new subdivisions).Its growing fast on that side of town.Also on the north side of Fayetteville along the new 295 route.
