Have a post in the introduction side with a question need help asap. I live in gurley near huntsville, al. Thanks, Mat.
NVM---- I will post it here.....
I purchased a 1987 F-150 with 351W and had to give it to my dad a few years back. Love the truck and hope one day to get it back. We are having issues with it at the moment but with her being old can't help having a few problems here and there. We can turn her over and she starts just fine but when it comes down to the instrument panel nothing comes on. If you turn the key forward a little bit while it is running everything comes on but when you let go it goes off again. Truck is running while I do this. I am stuck between the lock cylinder or the ignition switch. Just not sure which one it is. I hope it isn't the actuator arm in the steering column. Hope you guys can give me a bit of insight.
Also, radio, windows, locks, gauges and clock come on when turned a smig forward also.
