Regional Service Reps at Ford Motor Company live out into a territory, and they go from dealer to dealer on a schedule. If you really want to meet with one, call your dealer's service manager and ask him when the guy is going to be at his dealership. The service manager is most often the one you really need to make a friend. He can sometimes move mountains when he's owed favors by the Ford Service Rep.
I wouldn't bother the guy unless your car has a serious warranty issue or a recall. He has other job duties that are difficult to talk about on a public forum.
