Actually, I've emailed them twice about what I'm looking for. They haven't responded yet, even tho they have a truck close to what I want on their lot. Bergstroms Oshkosh has a truck I'm interested in, but they won't give me a straight answer how much they will give me for my truck as trade. Every time I remind them they say sorry that they will get back to me same day, but haven't yet. After asking 4 times and not getting an answer yet, they've lost my business.
Has anybody had a good experience with a dealer they would recommend?

I'm way up north, so I'm pretty lonely. Moved here 10 months ago and tried to join up with some Mustang people but no one is near me! I just bought my F-150 last weekend, and glad to finally have it. Can't wait to put it to use this winter skiing!

Manitowoc, was in the army for 8 years and found my way back here. And I went to Lenz before buying my new EB and I hated it. They "didn't have" 2 out of the 3 trucks I wanted to look at and the guy would only show me what he had on his computer screen, I can do that in my underwear at home! Also another friend of mine was there test driving a truck and when he got back to the dealership it had been sold online.

I had been looking for a F150 for over 3 months by the time I actually bought mine. I also inquired online for a truck at Lenz and never heard back. I also didn't hear back from a couple other dealers up here. When I needed it the most, Brandon at Courtesy Ford in Thorp drove 40 minutes just to have me look at my truck, since I didn't have a working vehicle. He had no idea who I was and no clue how serious I was, but he did it anyway. Then we drove it back to the dealership together and he let me keep it for 3 days with $1,500 down while the bank worked on my loan papers. I definitely loved the small town customer service they showed me at Courtesy.

Exactly!! Granted Manitowoc is 20ish thousand we are all blue collar, bar on every corner. So I went with Maritime in town. Got 3 grand more for my trade in there than at Lenz!

After hearing all the troubles with lenz reminds me of when my freind broight his 03 to trade in no rust and 40,000 miles. They complained of a scuff and where a tiny spot of rust under the sill on the door was in and wantes to give him 2 k less than what they said over phone. But the truck they wanted to sell him has rust all underneath the truck double miles and rock dings! I always thought they were good people but gues not
