Can anyone recommended a exhaust shop in the St. Charles/ St. Louis Area ? Looking to get a magna flow system put in and was hoping I could just bring them the muffler and they have the tube.

Well there is a shop across from lindenwood's campus and I know a few people that have taken their trucks there and was happy with the service.

Over in Collinsville though, but I'd recommend Mad Hatter Mufflers.

second that. When I had my old grand prix they did a good job on it when a muffler fell off never had much else done though

Way late on the response to the OP but in case anyone else is looking in the STL metro area, I'd recommend Craven Performance in St. Charles off of 370. They do tons of exhaust, tuning, lifts, and whatever else you'd want.
