Default clutch question

Hey everyone I have a 1997 F 150 with a 4.2L V6 I drive it everyday to work. I live in Wisconsin and the other night it got 20 below zero for some reason I cannot get the clutch to engage. I can put it in gear when the truck is off but when I turn the truck on I can't get it to shift. It is not leaking any fluid and the clutch spring seems fine there is also plenty of fluid in the reservoir. Is it possible it is just frozen?

You can't get the clutch to DIS-engage. Crawl underneath and examine the slave cylinder and related hardware. If the throw-out bearing or pressure plate diaphragm were frozen you'd have a very stiff pedal that probably wouldn't go to the floor.
