Default Spark plug change

Any Tulsa guys done a plug change on a 5.4? Any suggestions? Wanna help? Lol I've read the write ups on it but still nervous. I called the dealership and they want $550 + $50 for every plug that breaks! I can't afford that.

The dealers tell you they have to remove the heads but they actually have a tool that gets the broken plugs out. My buddy found the tool online for about 100, and told the dealer to shove it!
