Topeka, KS here. Just joined and picked up a 1993 Ford F-150 Mark III. 119k on the clock. Not in to bad of shape. Needs a little work here and there before I could get her out to KC.

Sweet, any preference on who you would recommend to take a look at my trans issue? It won't upshift and tops the truck out at about 40-45mph and wont go above 2k rpm.

I am thinking selenoid but would like a more knowledgeable opinion.

I work at Laird Noller Ford, but a diagnostic will cost you here. Take it to Topeka Transmission, ask for Kevin and tell him that Dave at Ford sent you. They will diagnosis free of charge.
